Welcome to Nectar Nails! Hi! I’m Kenna, a licensed nail technician since 2021 and the owner of Nectar Nails, which I started in 2019. My dream came true in late 2022 when I opened Nectar Nails Art Loft in West Hollywood, CA. Gel Extensions: Lightweight, full-cover tips lasting 2-4 weeks. Requires acetone soak-off before your next service. 2. Builder (Soft) Gel: A buildable gel for natural nail strength. Ideal for growing nails to medium length. Lasts 2-4 weeks; no soak-off required unless removed. 3. Hard Gel: Durable for all lengths, especially long/XL nails. Cannot be removed with acetone and requires e-file removal. 4. Gel Manicure: A thin gel base with polish. Requires full removal before each service. Nail Art Policies • Clients’ Choice Art: Collaborative designs are priced based on the level of art booked. Please have your design ready at the start of your appointment. • Freestyles: For clients who want to give me creative freedom! Pinterest Board Freestyle is available as Level 3 for a guided theme. • Consultations: Book a free online or in-person consultation if you need help choosing your design or art level. • Level 4 Art: Must book a consultation if you don’t have a detailed visual representation ready. General Policies 1. Booking & Timing: • Book all required services (e.g., art, removals, repairs) to ensure enough time for your appointment. • You will be charged for the time booked, regardless of what is completed. 2. Punctuality: • Be on time! If I run late, I will adjust prices fairly. 3. Cancellations: • Reschedule/cancel at least 48 hours in advance. Two last-minute cancellations are allowed before you lose booking privileges. 4. Communication: • This is a safe space! Let me know how I can make you comfortable or improve your experience. Extras & Special Appointments • House Calls: • $100 fee ($150 for short notice, less than a week in advance). • Requires a $100 deposit via Zelle or Venmo. • After-Hours Appointments: • $30 fee for appointments outside regular hours. • Emergencies: • Contact me for nail repairs within one week of service (free); after one week, a fee applies.
